Refund policy



Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order until it's shipped. If you've paid and want to change or cancel it, contact us at rasoolsbiltong1@gmail.com  within 15 minutes. Once the packaging and shipping process starts, it cannot be canceled.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs (R100) as per our shipping policy.

Refunds or Exchanges (Non-returnable items)

Certain items, like perishable goods (e.g., food), can't be returned. We can only provide support if you:

1. Email rasoolsbiltong1@gmail.com within 30 minutes of receiving your order.
2. Attach images of the received package and product showing visible issues.
3. The item must be uneaten, the same weight as received (Photos are taken before dispatch).
4. The package must be returned in its original packaging.
5. One of the following issues must have occurred: Product uneatable, product weighs less than 10% of the agreed purchasable weight, or visible signs of outdated or over-due food such as mold.

If your exchange or refund is accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label, details for courier collection, and instructions on how to pay for return shipping (R100) as per our shipping policy. Items sent back without a return request won't be accepted.

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and inform you of the refund or exchange status. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
